Growing up on a Czech farm where pesticide use was commonplace sparked an early interest in my own health and well-being. This initial curiosity led me to pursue a nursing degree, eager to delve deeper into the complexities of human health. However, fate had a different path in store for me. Shortly after beginning my nursing studies, I was scouted and unexpectedly embarked on a successful career in international modeling. This exciting new chapter took me around the globe. In 2003, I made the decision to relocate to California, where I've been developing my skills and knowledge as an Ayurvedic Health coach Back then I was drawn to the transformative power of Kundalini yoga and energy healing, I shifted my focus to specialize in therapeutic massage, facials, and skincare. My personal health challenges, including struggles with chronic pain and autoimmune conditions, fueled a deeper desire to understand the root causes of illness. This led me to embrace the principles of Ayurveda, the ancient Indian system of holistic healing. Now, I empower clients to reclaim their vitality through personalized coaching, integrating Ayurvedic wisdom with my expertise in massage, skincare, and lifestyle practices. My mission is to help individuals achieve balance, radiant health, and a profound sense of well-being.
